About Our ServicesLearn what services are offered at our pediatric dentistry locations across northern Utah.
It’s important to teach your children healthy dental habits early on. Children should start going to the dentist as early as the age of one. It’s easiest for children to learn oral hygiene habits from their parents as they are young. Starting early with pediatric dental care & prevention is key to healthy teeth for your child throughout their life. Teach your children to have daily brushing and flossing habits to prevent cavities and other dental problems. It’s also important to take you children to the dentist every 6 months for a cleaning and check-up.
We offer a number of restorative treatments including: oral conscious sedation, nitrous oxide, and I.V. sedation by an anesthesiologist. We make it easy on you and your children by offering these crucial restorative care treatments, because we understand that going to the dentist can sometimes seem scary. Our facility is equipped with the necessary resources, experience, and staff to accommodate your child’s needs from Logan to Layton. We want your child to feel as comfortable as possible with a dentist they trust.
Our licensed anesthesiologist offers I.V. sedation for children who need extensive restorative services or for those who need additional help staying comfortable during their appointment. Our anesthesiologist is a staff member at the following hospitals: Primary Children’s Medical Center, Mt. Ogden Surgical Center, McKay-Dee Hospital, Logan Regional Hospital, and Cache Valley Specialty Hospital.
Our goal is to treat patients that are suffering from pain or emergencies as quick as possible. If you have any concerns after hours, leave a message on our office phone numbers (Ogden: 801-479-9220, Logan: 435-752-0775) and we will return your call first thing in the morning. For emergencies or infection that needs immediate attention, you are welcome to call Dr. Schweppe at his home at (801) 782-4415.
